INTRODUCTORY FLIGHT LESSON - THE DEMO
If you want to begin flying, you do not have to have any prior experience in any aircraft. Helicopters of America will have you taking the controls of a helicopter in a matter of hours, with the guidance of your Certified Flight Instructor. And signing up for our introductory flight lesson is easy! Just come in to the hangar and say, "I want a demo flight." Sorry, only one Demo Flight per person is allowed. The Demo Flight can be logged toward your license, and we give you a complimentary Log Book.

BEGIN FLIGHT TRAINING IMMEDIATELY
Once you discover the thrill of flying a helicopter, by taking our Demo Flight at Helicopters of America, you can further your training. The demo flight has already provided you a half-hour of ground instruction and a half-hour of flight instruction, and that can be logged toward your flight experience!

Helicopters of America offers the following Overview Panel to help you understand the minimum flight-time requirements for each rating. For the rating you seek, you will want to use the Main Menu to learn more about each program. You will also want to download our Flight Training Academy BROCHURE, which will provide additional details about each rating.
